The iPad, Pencil and Keyboards comes with 3 years warranty.
The insurance policy covers losses due to theft and physical damage to the device. However, please note that losses resulting from negligence or improper handling of the device are not covered under the policy.
Within School Premises
Report the loss immediately to your form teacher or to the General Office.
Outside of School Premises
Report the loss to your parents immediately.
In the event of a device being lost and not recovered, it's essential to promptly initiate a police report.
Please visit the designated Apple Stores to get your faulty device examined and, if necessary, replaced.
Although the school does offer a replacement service, it can be subject to extended waiting times. For immediate replacement, we strongly recommend visiting the specified Asiapac Service Centre. Before your visit, please ensure to contact the service centre to confirm the availability of stock.
