School Counselling Service
To provide Student Care in a Safe and Friendly Environment.
Counselling during curriculum time is strictly by appointment only and with the subject teacher’s approval.
Make an appointment with your School Counsellor:
- by walking in during recess or after school
- through your teachers or Year Heads
Talk to your School Counsellor when you:
- are anxious about something
- need to address some feelings that are bothering you
- encounter challenging situations/relationships
- or someone you know is abused physically / sexually / emotionally
- need guidance in career development (or check out My Skills Future - Secondary)
What can your School Counsellor do?:
- Provide a listening ear
- Help you explore your feelings
- Help you cope with the challenges in your life
- Help you see your concerns from various perspectives
- Facilitate your search for solutions and resources for your concerns
